The premise

History does not stay changed quietly.

When Oxford history student Theo Ashdown notices a name vanish from an old university record, he discovers that the past is being rewritten and the consequences are already moving towards him.

The Society travels into the past, protects the timeline and returns to the moment it left. Its rules are strict because books change, memories shift and people can disappear from futures they once occupied.
